Makes 10-12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sugar (can sub for any type of sweetener)
- 1/2 cup cassava flour
- 1 scoop Double Chocolate Sprouted Protein
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips + extra to add on top
Directions:
- Add all dry ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Mix and then add in the wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
