Shipping And Returns

SHIPPING

Iron Vegan currently offers standard shipping through FedEx on all orders. Free shipping is available on all orders over $45 CAD after discounts and before taxes.

Once an order has been shipped and issued a tracking number, we are unable to cancel or modify the order in anyway. If you wish to make a change to an order that has been shipped, please reference our return policy.

If you have a concern with your shipment, please email us at orders@ironvegan.ca with your order and tracking number.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your IronVegan.ca order, please contact us through one of the methods below providing your order number and as much detail as possible so that we can best assist you. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products purchased through another retailer.

Returns of unopened products can be made for store credit up to 30 days post-purchase. Orders placed for clearance items are final sale.

Subscribe and Save orders are not eligible for return, please contact us if you need to make a change to your subscription.

Due to the nature of our products, returns can be accepted for unopened items only.
