Recipe:
Makes 14-16 balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 scoop Unflavoured Superfoods & Greens
- 3 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp white chocolate chips
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend until combined and the mixture starts to stick together.
- Roll mixture into balls.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate on top and place in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes to harden chocolate.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy!
Notes: the Superfoods & Greens may make the mixture a little green coloured. Feel free to use 1/2 a scoop for a lighter colour.
