    Makes 10-12 muffins

    Ingredients:

    • 1/4 cup peanut butter 
    • 1/4 cup monk fruit sugar (can sub for any type of sweetener)
    • 1/2 cup cassava flour 
    • 1 scoop Double Chocolate Sprouted Protein
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1/2 cup almond milk
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1/4 cup chocolate chips + extra to add on top 

    Directions:


    1. Add all dry ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Mix and then add in the wet ingredients. Mix until combined. 
    2. Spoon mixture into a silicon or lined muffin tin. Add more chocolate chips on top.
    3. Bake muffins at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
