Chocolate Protein Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 cup almond flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1 scoop Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein - French vanilla
• 1/4 cup avocado oil
• 1/4 cup peanut butter (can sub with any nut/seed butter)
• 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
• 3 eggs or flax eggs
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a large bowl, until smooth.
2. Spread batter into a parchment-lined 9 X 9 pan and top with chocolate chips.
3. Bake the brownies at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
4. Let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy.
